Get Registered

Enroll in HOPE Digital Banking’s Get Registered service.

There are a few things you will need to complete to get everything up and running smoothly.

The system requires members to have an email address and at least one current phone number on file with our core system. The service will check the email and telephone number members provide during registration against our primary database, and the registration process cannot be completed if the email and telephone number do not match or do not contain any information.

If you are not sure whether your email is registered and current, please contact a branch or our call center to verify your information. If you need to update your email address, our team will provide instructions for completing that process.

Do We Have Your Current Email Address and Phone Numbers?

Why is this important?

The digital banking system requires members to have an email address and at least one current phone number on file with our core system. The service will check the email and telephone number members provide during registration against our primary database, and the registration process cannot be completed if the email and telephone number does not match or do not contain any information.

If you are not sure about whether your email is registered and current, please contact a branch or our call center to verify your information. If you need to update your email address, our team will provide instructions for completing that process.

How to update your information.

  • Remotely

    • Contact a branch or our call center to have them send you an Account Change Card or download it using one of the following links based on your state of residence:

    • Complete the Account Change Card. Be sure to include your current email address and telephone numbers.
    • Make a copy of your driver’s license so that we can verify your identity.
    • Return the Account Change Card and the copy of your driver’s license to HOPE by either:

      • Dropping the business reply envelope in the mail
      • Returning it to a HOPE branch

  • At a HOPE branch

    • Let a HOPE associate know that you need to provide updated contact information.
    • A HOPE team member will enter the new email address and/or telephone number.
    • Use the signature pad when prompted to accept the changes.

Get Connected

Follow these guidelines to get connected and begin using digital banking.

Download the App

HOPE’s digital banking app is available for Android and Apple devices. Download the app to your device and register to start using the service. If you sign up using the online channel, you won’t need to register again for the mobile version.

Complete the Registration Process

The first time you access either online or mobile banking, you will need to sign up for the service. Watch our First Time Login video and follow the steps, which are also listed below, to complete the registration process.

    • Look for the Digital Banking Login dialog on our website or open the mobile app.

    • Click on “First Time User? Enroll now.”

    • Enter the social security number, account number, email, and phone number that we have on file.

    • Select “Get Started.”

    • Choose a verification method.

    • Follow the verification steps when prompted based on the verification method you selected.

    • Accept the user agreement.

    • Create your username and password.

    • You’re ready to go!

Joint Owners

In the case of joint account ownership, the primary owner can register using either the online service or the mobile app. The secondary owner will need to contact HOPE at 1-866-321-4673 to complete registration.

E-Statement Enrollment

If you currently receive e-statements, please be sure to re-enroll if you wish to continue getting your statements electronically.

  • Click on “Statements” dashboard icon.
  • Accept the e-statements agreement.
  • Select “Enroll All Accounts”.
  • Click the “Enroll” button.

Smart Money Insights Personal Financial Manager

If you are already using HOPE’s Smart Money PFM, you will not need to reregister for the service. Note: In the online banking dashboard, the Smart Money PFM tools are listed under “Insights”. You will need to load any budgets, goals, and tags and reconnect any external accounts when you access the PFM for the first time.

Intuit Quick Books

QuickBooks users will need to resync their accounts after registering for the new digital banking service.
