E-Statement FAQ
Be faster, safer, and more organized with e-statements.
How will I get my e-statement?
Each month we will send an email to an email address you choose/the email address specified in your profile letting you know your statement is ready. Then you will simply click the link, sign on to HOPE digital banking and retrieve your statement.
E-Statements are displayed in Adobe Acrobat Reader, so you must have this application installed. If you do not currently have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download a copy free by going to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
How do I print and/or save my e-statement?
Choosing the Print/Save button opens Adobe Acrobat Reader and displays the statement or check in a .pdf file.
Once you have opened the document in Adobe Reader, you can print it by choosing File, the Print, or by clicking on the Printer icon on the tool bar.
To save the e-statement, choose “File/Save” (or click the Floppy Disk icon) on the top toolbar. You can then save the item to the directory (folder) of your choice.
Why are the statement pages so large?
E-statements are best viewed on a monitor at 1024X768 resolution and greater than 256 colors (16k+ recommended). You can reduce the size of the pages in the menu or through the toolbar.
Why doesn’t the “Back” key always work?
For security reasons, the e-statement system will not let you use the “Back” key from all screens. This is to prevent someone from being able to access your personal information from a more generic “non-personal” screen if you have stepped away from your computer.
