Members can get help with the following services:
- Report a Lost or Stolen Card
- Order a Replacement or New Card
- Let us know you are traveling internationally so we can permit transactions in foreign countries
- Tell us if you suspect you are the victim of fraudulent activity
You can also report a lost or stolen card 24/7 by calling HOPE24 at 1-877-214-4673. Once you are logged in, press “4” and then press “2”, which will block your card immediately.
