Who Can Apply for an ITIN Home Loan?
ITIN residency and income requirements
If you have an ITIN and meet certain financial and residency guidelines, you may qualify for an ITIN home loan at HOPE. While each application is reviewed individually, here are some of the basic requirements you’ll need to meet for an ITIN loan with HOPE:
- A valid Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
- Minimum credit score of 580
- The most recent two years of income tax returns and transcripts
- Valid government-issued identification from your country of origin (such as a passport or consular ID)
