New HOPE Platinum Rewards System Coming January 2025
Members who have a HOPE Platinum Rewards Visa credit card know the many benefits that come with the card, including the ability to earn great rewards.
Access to the online rewards system changed effective January 17, 2025. The rewards program itself has not changed; cardholders still earn one (1) point for every dollar they spend, and will still be able to redeem points for a variety of great incentives.
Members can now access the rewards site using HOPE’s digital banking service rather than visiting a website directly.

- If you are not already registered for digital banking, visit the digital banking registration page to get signed up.
- You can connect to digital banking by logging on at www.hopecu.org or via the mobile app.
- Select the “Platinum Rewards” menu item from the main navigation.
- To avoid confusion, remove any bookmarks you may have saved that link to the current credit card rewards site.
- Support Resources – There is a new phone number and a new email address that members can use to get help.

- Call this toll-free number if you are having technical difficulties.
- You must also call this number if you want to redeem your points for cruise and/or travel experience rewards.

- Statement Updates
- Due to the system conversion, your rewards point balance will not be displayed on the February 2025 statement.
- Updated rewards point balances will be included beginning with the March 2025 statement cycle.
