Isael Vallejos

Isael is HOPE’s Senior Vice President for the Organizational Development and Learning team. Beginning his tenure at HOPE in 2018, Mr. Vallejos has demonstrated expertise in thought leadership strategy and talent management. With 16+ years of experience in the financial industry and certification in Professional Training Management (CPTM), Mr. Vallejos has created and aligned learning programs with organizational goals. This work includes designing, developing, and implementing talent development strategies that support growth through recruitment, engagement, training, career advancement, and performance management. Mr. Vallejos has led overall Performance Management work and processes throughout HOPE and provided leadership and oversight to the Leadership and Development Team, as well as the Talent Acquisition Team.
