Danielle J. Ware

Danielle J. Ware is the Chief Lending Officer at HOPE, where she provides executive leadership and strategic direction to both the Commercial and Small Business Lending teams. In this role, Danielle is responsible for ensuring the safety and soundness of the loan portfolio while effectively managing credit risk. She also sets lending policies, evaluates credit risks, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, all with the goal of maximizing loan portfolio profitability while maintaining high credit quality.

With over 20 years of progressive experience in the financial services industry, Danielle has developed expertise in Commercial and Small Business Lending, Underwriting, Operations, Portfolio Management, Mortgage, and Regulatory Management. She has held a range of leadership positions throughout the entire loan life cycle.

In addition to her professional achievements, Danielle is an active volunteer, contributing her time to advisory boards, financial literacy initiatives, and knowledge-sharing and collaboration efforts.
