Kim Williams

Kim currently serves as Senior Vice President of Retail Deposit Services at HOPE Credit Union, where she leads strategic initiatives that drive deposit growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. In this role, she oversees deposit operations, product management, back‑office services, and quality control functions while partnering with senior leadership to design member‑focused deposit solutions.

Her prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Compliance/BSA/CRA Officer, AML Specialist, and Bank Examiner V (BSA Specialty). Earlier in her career, she spent more than ten years in BSA/AML operations and corporate training, where she led teams, developed enterprise‑wide training programs, and strengthened compliance frameworks.

Kim holds a Master of Science in Management from Belhaven University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Delta State University, and professional certifications including Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and Certified BSA/AML Professional (CBAP). She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
