Demetria “Dee” Jones, Senior Vice President of Community and Economic Development at HOPE, is based in the Mississippi Delta. At the top of her responsibilities is spearheading HOPE’s Municipal Opportunity Partnership, which aims to enhance economic mobility for historically marginalized, underserved communities by assisting municipal leaders in accessing and utilizing federal, state, and other funding sources to address local priorities.

With over 17 years of experience at HOPE, Dee has held several positions of progressive impact and leadership, including Senior Program Officer, Branch Manager, and Vice President of Community & Economic Development. Before joining HOPE, she served as the Executive Director of Greater Greenville Housing, where she was instrumental in the development of both multi-family and single-family housing.

A native of the Mississippi Delta and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Dee has been committed to serving in capacities that promote economic reform.
