New Orleans, LA–The first two families have moved into homes that are part of the new Radiant Blossoms development at Saratoga Square. These quality, affordable houses were built by HOPE (Hope Enterprise Corporation/Hope Credit Union) and will make the dream of homeownership a reality for low- and moderate-income New Orleans residents. The development was made possible through HOPE’s partnership with the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency (LHFA) and are part of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
