HOPENet: Enroll Now
Sign up for HOPENet to be able to manage your accounts online. It's free and easy. Follow the steps listed here, or call 1-866-321-HOPE (4673) and we'll do it for you.
You can take a tour of HOPENet to see how easy it is to use and all of the great features it includes. Just visit the HOPENet site and click on the "Start Demo" link.
Before you get started, be sure you have your account information handy.
To Enroll:
- Go to the HOPENet Online Banking homepage.
- Select "Enroll for Internet Banking".
- Enter your member/account number.
- Enter your first and last name, click "Continue".
- Enter your date of birth in the style specified and the last four digits of you social security number.
- Enter a user name and your email address. Check your email address carefully before clicking "Enroll".
- Check your email. Your temporary password should have been sent to your email account. Use this password to log in to HOPENet for the first time.
- You will then be prompted to create a permanent password. Your password must be at least 6 characters and include at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one number (Example: “Hope12”).
- You will be asked to choose a security question, pick a security image, and create a pass phrase.
HOPENet: Login
Are you new to HOPENet? If so, enroll now so that you can begin using the online service immediately.
Are you already enrolled in HOPENet, but need help logging in?
- Enter your Online ID in the HOPENet Login "Online ID" box in the upper right hand corner of the Hope Credit Union website, then click "Login". Remember your Online ID is one you created when you enrolled.
- Answer the "Challenge Question" exactly as you did when you enrolled, then click "Submit".
- Verify that your security image is correct.
- Enter your password, then click "Submit". If this is your first time to login, you must use the temporary password emailed to you when you enrolled. Once you are logged in you will be prompted to create a permanent password. Your password must be at least 6 characters and include at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one number (Example: “Hope12”).
- If you receive an error message during any part of the process, check your information carefully, correct any mistakes, and submit the information again.

As a community development credit union, HOPE membership is not limited to any particular group or geography. Membership is open to both individuals and organizations that want to take advantage of our full range of products and services, from checking and savings accounts to personal, mortgage or business loans.
$5 of your $10 lifetime membership fee goes to the Hope Enterprise Corporation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and is tax deductible.

(prints best on legal size paper). If you are opening an account for a business or an organization, you will also need to complete a corporate agreement. Then send it in with your membership fee and initial deposit.
