HOPENet
Online banking through HOPENet allows you to access your accounts on any computer connected to the internet. You can get up-to-date balance, deposit and withdrawl information and transfer funds between accounts at HOPE. With Money Market and Easy Checking Accounts, you can even use HOPENet to transfer money to accounts at other financial institutions and pay your bills.

You may call 1-866-321-HOPE (4673) and let us enroll you. Or you may do it yourself:

To enroll yourself, you will need:

1. Your Member Number - found on your most recent statement. (Example: Account No. 1111111)

2. Your "Sub-identifier number" - a two or three digit number following the dash that designates a specific account. If you have multiple accounts, the sub-identifier number for any account will suffice. (Example: Account No. 1111111 - 89)

3. A four-digit PIN number of your choosing.

4. Your social security number (tax identification number).

5. Call HOPE24 at 877-214-HOPE (4673). Choose option 5.

6. Once you have your Voice PIN, wait 24 hours for HOPE to process your account.

7. After 24 hours, click the login button below and choose the "Register Now" option. (You will need to choose an on-line password this is at least 6 characters long and has at least one upper case letter one lower case letter and one number. Example "Hope12"). Once you are enrolled, your user id number will be your Member number.
