How to use HOPE24
for individuals


To use HOPE24 dial 1-877-214-HOPE.

To enroll, you will need:

1. Your Member Number - found on your most recent statement. (Example: Account No. 5093142)

2. Your "Sub-identifier number" - a two or three digit number following the dash that designates a specific account. If you have multiple accounts, the sub-identifier number for any account will suffice. (Example: Account No. 5093142 - 71)

3. A four-digit PIN number of your choosing.

4. Your social security number (tax identification number).

5. Call HOPE24 at 877-214-HOPE (4673). Choose option 5.

Remember - your Base Account is your 7 digit account number
The "sub-account identifier" is the 2 digit number at the end of your account. For example a standard savings account's sub-account identifier is 00.
