(Biloxi, MS) - Hope Community Credit Union (HOPE), a community development credit union, is bringing exactly what its name suggests to Mississippi Coast residents that lack access to affordable financial services. HOPE and its sponsor, Enterprise Corporation of the Delta (ECD), broke ground on a new Gulf Coast branch in Biloxi on Monday, July 14.
