The Enterprise Corporation of the Delta (ECD) is HOPE's primary sponsor. You may have noticed that when you join HOPE you also join ECD. ECD is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. ECD and HOPE have been designated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a community development financial institutions.
